With decades of health and wellness expertise, the company delivers premium private-brand and contract-manufactured products for leading retailers and consumer brands. Operating across Private Label and Contract Manufacturing divisions, it provides turnkey, on-trend solutions that enhance innovation, speed-to-market, and growth. We’re seeking a hunter-minded Director of Sales & Business Development to drive growth within the Contract Manufacturing division. The ideal candidate is a proactive deal-maker with strong relationships in nutrition, supplements, or CPG, skilled in balancing strategy and hands-on execution within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities * Drive revenue growth through acquisition of new contract manufacturing customers across mass retail, DTC, and wellness brands. * Build and execute customer growth plans that align with company capabilities and market trends. * Develop strong relationships with category buyers and procurement teams at key retailers (e.g., Walmart, Target, Aldi, Lidl, The Vitamin Shoppe). * Promote the company’s stock formula and inventory-hold solutions that support speed-to-market and scalability. * Manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot CRM to ensure transparency, accountability, and conversion. * Analyse customer profitability, pricing, and cost models to ensure sustainable growth and margin performance. * Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and R&D to deliver high-quality, compliant, and on-trend solutions. * Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase innovation capabilities. * Negotiate commercial terms and agreements to secure long-term partnerships. Experience & Background * 8–10 years in Sales and Business Development * Proven success within Contract Manufacturing, ideally Vitamins, Supplements, or Consumer Health. * Experience selling to or managing accounts within mass retail, club, or DTC channels. * Commercial understanding of small-batch manufacturing and custom formulation environments. * Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) and confident using data to drive sales strategy. * Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. * High energy, resilient, and results-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced growth environment.
