The role includes: * Analyzing business needs * Writing functional and technical specification documents * Working with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders * Managing tasks and timelines * Coordinating between multiple interfaces * Leading projects from the initiation stage through go-live The position also includes ongoing collaboration with both business and technological stakeholders, managing status meetings, tracking project progress, and ensuring delivery against goals, timelines, and quality standards. Requirements: * 2–3 years of experience as a Systems Analyst and Project Manager – required * Experience in digital environments, websites, or customer-facing systems such as service websites, portals, applications, payment systems, or eCommerce platforms – required * Experience writing functional and technical specification documents – required * Experience working with development teams, QA teams, and business stakeholders – required * Experience managing tasks, schedules, and end-to-end processes – required * Familiarity with SQL and/or enterprise information systems – advantage
