We are looking for an experienced DevOps Team Lead to lead the development and evolution of a large-scale iGaming platform. This is a hands-on leadership role for a DevOps professional with strong production experience, a passion for infrastructure and automation, and the ability to build scalable, reliable systems while mentoring a growing team. Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the DevOps team, defining technical standards and best practices
• Own the architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability of production infrastructure
• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
• Drive infrastructure automation on AWS and Linux using Infrastructure-as-Code
• Build and maintain high-availability and fault-tolerant systems
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and incident response processes
• Collaborate closely with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams
• Improve operational maturity through observability and SRE practices Requirements:
• Proven experience leading DevOps or Infrastructure teams
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS
• Extensive experience operating production systems at scale
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production
• Strong Linux administration and scripting skills
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK
• Experience with databases, Redis, RabbitMQ, and distributed systems
• Experience developing automation tools (Golang or similar)
