The Role We are looking for a Senior Data Scientist with deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), NLP, and Autonomous Systems to join our elite AI development team. In this role, you will design, prototype, and deploy production-grade AI systems that power complex conversational experiences, intelligent agents, and advanced recommendation engines. This position sits at the perfect intersection of Applied Research, Product Innovation, and High-Scale Engineering, ideal for a builder who wants to see their research directly impacting users. Core Responsibilities * AI System Design: Build and deploy sophisticated LLM-based solutions, including conversational frameworks, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and smart recommendation systems. * Applied Research: Lead AI initiatives from the ideation stage through to production, focusing on driving tangible product value. * Evaluation & Optimization: Develop robust testing pipelines for prompt engineering, model quality assessment, and agent reliability. * Production Integration: Partner with Backend and AI Infrastructure engineers to embed models into scalable, high-performance production environments. * Agent Architecture: Contribute to our proprietary agent framework by designing multi-step reasoning, memory persistence, and complex workflows. * Technology Scouting: Stay at the forefront of the rapidly evolving LLM landscape, translating the latest research into practical, production-ready features. Required Skills & Experience * 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or Applied ML Engineer with a proven track record of shipping models to production. * Technical Stack: High proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, LangChain, and modern LLM orchestration frameworks. * Generative AI Expertise: Deep understanding of LLM operations—including embeddings, fine-tuning, RAG, prompt optimization, and evaluation metrics. * Analytical Foundation: Strong grasp of data modeling, experimental design, and performance measurement for AI-driven products. * Collaborative Mindset: Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams alongside engineers and product managers.
