A leading global performance marketing company, founded in 2006, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Applied Data Scientist to join its dynamic Ad-Tech team. With 80 experts worldwide and main offices in Rehovot and New York, the company leverages AI- and ML-powered technology to drive user growth and deliver tailored, results-driven marketing solutions for leading app companies. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, developing machine learning models and pipelines that directly impact the performance and optimization of our advertising solutions. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to drive data-driven decisions and innovations. Key Responsibilities: * Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines, from data collection to deployment * Train and fine-tune models for prediction, recommendations, and personalization * Analyze large datasets to find insights and improve model performance * Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to bring models into production * Monitor and improve model accuracy and efficiency over time Qualifications: * BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field * 3–5 years of experience in ML engineering, ideally in Ad-Tech * Hands-on experience building and deploying ML models in production * Strong Python, SQL, and data processing skills (BigQuery, GCP) * Familiar with frameworks like LightGBM and TensorFlow * Solid understanding of ML algorithms and statistics * Great problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Ad-Tech platforms, Real-Time Bidding (RTB), and digital advertising ecosystems. * Knowledge of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experiment design methodologies. * Experience with MLOps practices and tools for continuous integration and delivery of machine learning models.
