Our Digital team plays a key role in driving data-informed decisions across content and product. About the Role We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Digital Department. In this role, you will analyze data, build dashboards, and generate actionable insights to support decision-making, improve performance, and optimize digital products and content. Responsibilities * Analyze data from multiple sources and generate actionable insights * Build reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders * Work extensively with Excel for data analysis and reporting * Query databases using SQL * Present insights and data-driven recommendations to digital, content, and management teams * Support ongoing optimization and performance improvement processes Requirements * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel * Experience with SQL * Strong analytical and statistical skills * Experience building reports and dashboards, and presenting insights * Ability to translate data into actionable business insights * System-level thinking and deep analytical approach * Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Chartbeat, Mixpanel) — advantage * Familiarity with media or news content environments — advantage
