We’re hiring a Data Analyst to join our Research team and help shape our AI-driven cybersecurity platform. In this role, you’ll analyze product outputs, evaluate AI agent performance, and generate insights that improve our systems. Requirements: What You’ll Do * Analyze outputs generated by AI agents and product features to uncover patterns, edge cases, and opportunities to strengthen system behavior. * Turn data into actionable insights that drive product improvements. * Define and track metrics that measure the performance and impact of AI-driven capabilities. * Perform deep-dive analyses to better understand system behavior and user impact. * Build automations and workflows that scale analysis, evaluations, and internal processes. * Communicate findings and recommendations that influence product development. * Work closely with internal partners and customers in a fast-paced environment to translate field feedback into product improvements. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of experience in data analysis, product analytics, or a similar analytical role. * Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets. * Experience with Python or similar tools for data analysis and automation. * Ability to build simple tools, scripts, or automations to improve workflows. * Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. * Experience working with AI tools, systems, or machine learning
