Job Summary: We are looking for a Customer Success and Application Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves guiding customers through tailored implementations, providing ongoing technical support across various products, and ensuring customer success. The specialist will manage product transitions, conduct training, and communicate with clients to identify opportunities for additional product usage. Job Requirements: * Experience in Customer Success roles in insurance companies or agencies. * Proven ability to learn and specialize in multiple technological products simultaneously. * Experience managing enterprise clients with complex systems. * Ability to explain and train on complex systems. * Experience identifying business needs and adapting solutions. * Project management skills and handling complex implementations. * Familiarity with the sales processes of pension products (pension funds, executive insurance, provident funds, etc.). * Understanding of regulations and pension marketing rules.
