Our platform helps teams better understand and engage technical buyers, improve outbound performance, and power GTM workflows with advanced AI. Responsibilities * Own the full post-sale customer lifecycle ensuring seamless onboarding, adoption, and value realization. * Act as a strategic advisor to leading technology companies and working closely with RevOps, Marketing, and SDR leaders on best GTM practices. * Collaborate with the sales, product, and engineering to oversee data implementation. * Serve as the point of contact for our customers and foster strong relationships, drive renewals and expansion to ensure long-term success. * Champion the customer voice internally- sharing insights and feedback that turn into actionable changes to influence our product, training, and processes. * Identify knowledge gaps, simplify flows, and suggest improvements that elevate the overall experience. * Use data to measure adoption and impact, and translate insights into actionable roadmap decisions. Requirements * 4+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or post-sales roles (marketing, data, management consulting, or SaaS industry experience is a plus). * Fluent English (verbal and written) * Consultative selling experience and a can-do attitude * Strong analytical skills & team player * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced early-stage startup environment * Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy * A creative and strategic thinker who can develop tailored solutions for customers. * Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. * Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
