Position Summary: At ESVP, transforming lives is more than a slogan—it’s the outcome of every client journey. We’re seeking a Client Success member to be the bridge between sales and delivery. Your role is to ensure a seamless, high-touch experience that keeps clients supported, engaged, and on track. Key Responsibilities: * Onboard new clients and guide them through our program structure * Serve as a point of contact for support, accountability, and progress tracking * Collaborate with coaches and sales team to ensure alignment and follow-through * Monitor client engagement and proactively address issues or roadblocks * Drive retention, referrals, and upsell opportunities with a relationship-first approach Requirements: * 2+ years experience in customer success, coaching support, or account management * Warm, empathetic, and organized communicator * Strong understanding of coaching frameworks and client psychology * Able to manage multiple clients while maintaining a white-glove experience Experience with CRMs (Close.io), Notion, and Slack is a plus
