Issue Resolution: Oversee customer complaints and manage the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) procedure with efficiency and professional care. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline customer service workflows and improve overall business efficiency. Requirements B.A. degree
• An advantage At least a year of experience working with customers worldwide in a similar position. Knowledge of MS office (Outlook/Word/Excel) and ERP Systems. Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
