Join the Cliganic team Cliganic is growing, and we’re looking for a Customer Service & Customer Success Coordinator to join our team on-site at our Herzliya offices (non-hybrid position). In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our communication with customers — ensuring every question, issue, and review is handled with care, empathy, and precision. You’ll collaborate with our operations, quality, and brand teams to make sure every Cliganic customer feels supported and valued. What you’ll do: Respond to customer inquiries and feedback across platforms (Amazon, website, and social) Track and analyze customer satisfaction data and trends Coordinate with QA and logistics teams on complaint investigations and resolutions Support continuous improvement of customer experience and internal processes Who you are: Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Strong communicator with excellent English (additional languages a plus) Experience in eCommerce, Amazon, or consumer products is an advantage Passionate about natural products, sustainability, and great customer care Location: Cliganic Offices, Herzliya, Israel (on-site, non-hybrid) If you’re ready to make an impact in a growing natural lifestyle brand — we’d love to meet you!
