About Alboma Alboma is an early-stage startup on a mission to transform the photo book market and the way people create photo albums. Today, creating a photo book is a slow, manual, and frustrating process. Alboma changes that by using AI to make photo album creation fast, intuitive, and accessible, while introducing community-driven collaboration that allows people to create albums together and share their work. The platform is already at demo stage, with strong interest from early customers, and a fundraising round planned in the coming months. Role: CTO & Co-Founder We are looking for a hands-on CTO Co-Founder to lead Alboma’s technical vision and execution. This is a true founding role for someone who wants to help redefine an established market, build a real product from the ground up, and grow into a long-term technology leader. Responsibilities * Own the technical vision and architecture of the platform * Lead development from demo stage to a live production system * Design scalable, reliable, and maintainable infrastructure * Build AI-powered flows for photo organization and album creation * Work closely with the founding team on product and roadmap decisions * Participate in meetings with investors, partners, and early customers * After fundraising: Build and lead the engineering team Working Model * Full-time commitment * Work remotely (initially) * Equity-based compensation until fundraising Qualifications * 4+ years of professional software development experience * Strong full-stack background * Ability to take full ownership of all system parts * Architecture-first mindset — thoughtful design before execution * Available for full-time involvement * Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment * Advantages: * Previous founder or early-stage startup experience * Background in elite software military units * Experience with creating and printing digital photo albums
