About the Role: * Managing and operating all of the company’s social media pages – including uploading content, creating it, and adapting it to the relevant platform. * Creating original and ongoing content based on trends in the fashion and social media world, alongside supporting the company’s practical needs. * Professional creative management of the graphic design team – writing briefs, sending references, writing texts, etc. * Executing and overseeing all company content – marketing materials, packaging and products, new general branding for the company. * Managing influencers – tracking, guiding, and supervising the content being uploaded. * Concept and creative development for productions and photoshoot days, as well as creating behind‑the‑scenes content and social content from productions and photoshoots with models / brand ambassadors. Requirements: * At least two years of experience in social media management and content creation (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok). * Experience managing a retail brand – must. * Deep understanding of the organic social media world. * Strong writing and verbal communication skills (marketing writing / journalistic writing). * Orientation toward the fashion or beauty world and a genuine love for the field. * Understanding of trends in the fashion world – an advantage.
