For our Israel & overseas production sites we are looking for a Costing Manager to our HQ in Modi'in: * Monthly financial reporting package: Prepare & present comprehensive monthly financial reports with full COGS analysis & insights * Product costing: Develop & Maintain accurate product costing, ensuring alignment with production processes * Inventory control: Evaluate analysis and report, including cycles & reserves. * Sox: Manage documentation and maintenance of SOX narratives and procedures * Process improvement: Continuously improve the costing process & streamline workflow. * Partner with operation leaders to support decision making Requirements: * BA degree in economics with strong background in accounting * At least 8 years' experience in costing at global manufacturing organization * At least 3 years' experience in management position * Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect and analyze significant amounts of information with attention to details & accuracy * Ability to work independently & under pressure * System oriented with expert skills in MS officed & ERP (MfgPro
– an advantage) * Fluent in English
