We're looking for an excellent Costing Economist to join our Finance team in a meaningful and challenging role. Key Responsibilities: * Project pricing, based on project procedures, checklists and specifications. * Conduct data validation, identify "red flags" and complete missing information as needed. * Work in strong partnership with core corporate functions such as: Engineering,Commercial, Procurement, Marketing and Logistics departments to ensure seamless execution and cost accuracy. * Develop and maintain Excel-based calculation tools to improve departmental efficiency. * Lead pricing proposal presentations in executive meetings and work with senior leadership. * Participate and contribute to global projects Location: Kadima Reports to: Costing Department Manager Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering or a related field * Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background – Advantage. * Minimum 4 years of experience in cost estimation within a medium to large organization – A Must * Experience in pricing large, complex projects within the process industry
– Significant advantage. * Strong technical orientation or familiarity with infrastructure/ water treatment projects. * English – full proficiency * Ability to drive processes and people, work independently and collaboratively across diverse interfaces, deliver thorough work, and present effectively in meetings. * Willingness to travel abroad as needed.
