Kamada Ltd. (NASDAQ: KMDA; TASE: KMDA.TA), a global biopharmaceutical company with a portfolio of marketed products indicated for rare and serious conditions and a leader in the specialty plasma-derived field, is recruiting a Compensation and Benefits Manager reporting to the company’s CFO. Job Description: Overall responsibility for the salaries and benefits operation of an industrial company, including processing wages for monthly and hourly employees, deductions and provisions, controls and reports. The position includes managing complex payroll processes, assisting in formulating compensation and benefits policies, implementation of personal and collective bargaining agreements, professional and close interface with the human resources, accounting and FP&A departments, as well as compliance with regulatory requirements (including labor law, tax authorities, SOX etc.). Responsibilities: * Full responsibility for the monthly payroll cycle, including data entry, attendance controls, payroll calculations, payments, and reports * Management and control of payroll processes in accordance with personal agreements, collective bargaining agreements and company policies * Handling the complexities of various salary calculations, ie, shifts, overtime, grants, car allowances, tax credits, etc * Tax authorities, pension operator and the pension arrangements manager reporting * Filing and handling social security claims, disability, special emergency remuneration * Managing engagement with relevant external third parties, ie payroll service bureau, tax authorities, pension operator, etc.r * Analyzing compensation data and generating insights for formulating business decisions and compensation and benefits policies * Operating merit increase processes, bonuses, equity compensation, etc. * Promoting initiatives to streamline and improve processes in the areas of responsibility * Responsibility for preparing an annual payroll budget, analyzing periodic salary forecasts, and evaluation of costs associated with changes to payroll and benefits plans * Monitoring and implementing changes in legislation and tax policy in Israel * Managing employee onboarding and termination processes * Advising managers and human resources reps on compensation and benefits related issues * Managing a team of employees Qualifications: * Senior Payroll Accountant Certificate and Academic Education
– mandatory * At least 5 years of prior experience in relevant payroll accountant and team management positions; an advantage to prior experience in industrial entities * Prior knowledge and proven experience in implementing collective bargaining agreements
– mandatory * At least 5 years of prior experience with working with Hilan payroll system, attendance applications and other payroll support systems * Proficiency in labor and tax law, as well as relevant regulations, familiarity with the field of labor economics and analysis of wage trends * Proven experience in working in controlled environments and highly regulated processes * Experience in leading cross-organizational upgrade payroll processes projects, including the implementation of digital technologies
