As a Community Manager, you will own and grow our community across platforms, turning users into engaged advocates and ensuring the community feels heard, valued, and connected to the product. You’ll act as the bridge between users and internal teams, driving engagement, feedback, and long-term loyalty. What you’ll do * Build, manage, and grow online communities across platforms (Discord, Reddit, social channels, forums, etc.). * Create and execute community engagement strategies, campaigns, and events. * Actively moderate conversations, enforce community guidelines, and maintain a positive, inclusive environment. * Be the voice of the community internally, collecting insights, trends, and feedback. * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Support, and Content teams to align messaging and initiatives. * Develop and nurture community ambassadors, power users, and moderators. * Track community health metrics such as engagement, growth, sentiment, and retention. * Create community content including posts, announcements, AMAs, polls, and updates. * Support launches, updates, and campaigns through community activation. You’d be a great fit if you have * 3+ years of experience managing online communities or social platforms. * Strong written communication skills with a natural, authentic tone. * Experience moderating large or fast-growing communities. * High empathy and strong interpersonal skills. * Ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally. * A data-driven mindset with experience measuring engagement and growth. * Passion for building relationships and fostering belonging. * Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
