Job Title: CNC Milling Setter & Operator (3–5 Axis) Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Israel Contract Type: Long-Term Projects Work Schedule: Shift 07:00 AM – 16:30 PM Working Days: Sunday to Thursday Reports To: Production Manager About the Role We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Setter & Operator to join our advanced manufacturing team in Israel. This role is ideal for professionals with strong hands-on experience in 3–5 axis CNC milling operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities * Operate and set up 3–5 axis CNC milling machines (HMC & VMC) according to engineering drawings, specifications, and work orders.
• Perform precise machine setups, including zero-point alignment, tool offsets, and fixture placement.
• Load and secure raw materials, tools, and fixtures for machining operations. * Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD/CAM files to ensure accurate machining. * Operate machines with Fanuc, Siemens, & Heidenhain controls and make real-time adjustments to maintain quality and tolerances. * CNC editing at the machine controller; (SolidCAM knowledge is a advantage). * Inspect machined parts using precision measuring instruments (callipers, micrometres, height gauges, etc.). to ensure conformity to GD&T requirements. * Machine exotic materials including stainless steel,Aluminum, titanium, and Inconel. * Collaborate with engineering and production teams to troubleshoot machining issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Experience Education * High School Diploma (required) * Technical/associate degree (preferred) Experience * 3–5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Milling Setter & Operator (3–5 axis preferred). * Proven experience with DMG, Mazak, and Makino CNC machines. * Programming and editing at the machine controller capability. * Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, tolerances, GD&T, and machining best practices. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. * Familiarity with cutting tools, materials, feeds, and speeds for optimal machining. * Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to process improvement. Language Skills * Good technical English (reading, writing, and verbal communication) Additional Information Work Environment & Conditions * Location: Plant floor * Physical Requirements: Lifting, climbing, standing, walking, pushing/pulling * Working Hours: Multiple shifts; overtime, weekends, and holidays may be required * Safety Equipment: Mandatory use of safety glasses, safety shoes, and other PPE
