About the Role We are a leading medical aesthetics company specializing in innovative home-use devices, and we're expanding our portfolio to include a comprehensive range of cosmetic products. We're looking for a dynamic professional to join our Clinical Department. This unique role combines hands-on clinical training, clinical protocol creation, and field collaboration with practitioners. Key Responsibilities * Practitioner Collaboration & Field Engagement
– work directly with doctors, cosmeticians, and aesthetic practitioners, provide clinical training and support, collaborate to refine protocols and serve as a bridge between our company and the practitioner community * Product Development, Selection and Assessment
– test and assess formulations for compatibility with our devices and treatment goals, design and oversee customer trials to validate protocol effectiveness and communicate with customers for continuous feedback Required Qualifications * Clinical Training Background – proven hands-on as a clinical training with extensive experience supporting sales of aesthetic devices and/or cosmetic products in clinics. * Technical Expertise – understanding of aesthetic treatment protocols, outcomes, cosmetic products and active ingredients. * Excellent English Proficiency – a major advantage * Personal Attributes
– strong presentation and training skills, proactive personality (a go-getter!), self-motivated with ability to work independently.
