You’ll have the keys to the most influential electrical hub in the country, and you'll be the one steering our strategy, growth, and market impact. What you’ll actually do: * You own the P&L. From annual strategy to inventory and variety – the bottom line is in your hands. * Negotiate like a pro with the biggest importers and global brands. You’re the bridge between them and our customers. * You know the trends before they happen. Prices, new tech, consumer shifts – you’re always two steps ahead. * It’s all about the numbers. Analyze daily data, boost conversion rates, and create market-breaking promos that people can't ignore. What you bring to the table: * At least 2 years in Category or Commercial Management within the Electrical Appliances world. (This is a must). * You already know the importers, the brands, and how the Israeli market breathes. * Proven experience in closing big commercial agreements and driving sales. * You’re a wizard in Excel, you love deep-dive analysis, and you understand the soul of E-commerce.
