C++ Developer | Network-Centric Operations (NCO) | Distributed Operational Systems If you enjoy building mission-critical software where performance, reliability, and architecture actually matter — this one’s for you. We’re growing our Development & Architecture team for cutting-edge projects in Network-Centric Operations (NCO): complex, multi-interface environments where distributed applications meet real operational needs. What you’ll do * Develop high-performance C++ software in an operational, multi-interface ecosystem * Design and work on distributed & multi-threaded systems (concurrency at scale) * Take part in system-level software architecture and complex system design * Collaborate with System / Algorithms / QA teams and customers in Israel & abroad * Travel abroad when needed for integration, deployment, and training What we’re looking for B.Sc. in CS / Software Engineering / relevant field 5+ years of hands-on C++ development Experience with distributed systems Strong understanding of software architecture and complex system design Big advantage: Real-time / operational systems Advantage: communication protocols & interfaces (TCP/UDP, sockets, etc.) Willingness to travel abroad occasionally Apply via Easy Apply or send your CV to jobs@allpha.co.il
