• Professional and personal management of a team of economists: division of tasks, support, control and development.
• Building an annual and multi
• year budget and managing the monthly control process.
• Preparing performance reports against budget, analyzing deviations and presenting insights to management.
• Leading pricing processes, profitability and feasibility analyses.
• Developing and improving economic models, KPI control tools. And promoting AI as a tool
• Ongoing work with the various departments and providing analytical support for business needs.
• Leading cross
• functional projects in the economic field and improving work methodologies. All you need is… Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business Administration.
• Advanced English
• 5
• 7 years of experience as an economist, analyst or FP&A.
• Proven experience in budget management, forecasts, pricing and complex financial analyses.
• Experience working with management and presenting data in a clear and focused manner.
• High proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and models.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik).
