Position Overview: The BI Systems Analyst will lead end-to-end BI projects — from gathering business requirements and performing detailed analysis, through preparing technical specifications and overseeing development, to managing QA processes and ensuring successful go-live implementation. The role involves close collaboration with multiple business units, deep understanding of organizational processes and core systems, and matrix leadership of development teams and technical interfaces. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a holistic view of business and technology, and the ability to manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze and define business requirements to design and implement advanced BI solutions. * Write detailed business and technical specification documents (Functional & Technical Specifications). * Design and model data structures to support analytical and reporting needs. * Oversee development, testing, and deployment in collaboration with IT and information systems teams. * Provide professional consulting and support to internal business stakeholders. * Maintain and optimize existing BI systems for better performance and usability. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field – required. * Graduate of a Systems Analysis course or equivalent academic program. * At least one year of proven experience in BI systems analysis – required. * Strong SQL skills – required. * Experience with SQL/PLSQL in an Oracle environment – strong advantage. * Familiarity with BI tools such as QlikView or Business Objects (BO) – advantage. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team orientation, and ability to work independently.
