Business Development Specialist – Financial Oriented Delta Galil is looking for a hands-on Business Development Specialist with strong financial orientation to drive organic growth across the company’s divisions and business units. This role is focused on identifying cross‑organizational growth opportunities, translating them into clear business cases, and driving execution in collaboration with senior stakeholders. The position requires a combination of business development mindset, financial rigor, and execution capability within a global, matrix organization. Key Responsibilities * Identify and lead cross‑functional growth initiatives across business units * Evaluate strategic opportunities with financial impact, including partnerships, efficiency initiatives, and new business models * Build and present business cases, financial models, and ROI analyses to senior management * Analyze financial and business data to support decision‑making and prioritize initiatives * Work closely with senior leadership and multiple internal stakeholders to align initiatives with company strategy * Drive initiatives from concept through execution and measurable impact Location: Caesarea, Israel Requirements: Proven experience in Business Development, Corporate Strategy, FP&A, or Growth roles within a global organization Strong financial acumen with hands‑on experience building financial models, business cases, and ROI analyses Execution‑oriented mindset with the ability to translate analysis into action Experience leading or driving cross‑functional initiatives in matrix environments Ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct managerial authority Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership and accountability Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA – advantage)
