We’re expanding quickly and looking for great people to join us on this journey. About the role: We are looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing go-to-market team. This is a key role where you’ll help shape the future of Zipher by sparking new relationships, opening doors, and driving momentum across our sales pipeline. As a BDR at Zipher you will: * Generate new opportunities: Identify prospects, qualify leads, and book high-quality meetings with target accounts. * Own outbound go-to-market execution: Manage outbound prospecting campaigns and interactions with leads, across all relevant channels (e.g., LinkedIn, phone calls, emails). * Craft compelling messaging: Personalize outreach for different personas, experiment with new ideas, and continuously iterate to refine messaging and boost conversion rates. * Participate in conference and events: Lead pre-event outreach to schedule on-site meetings, represent Zipher on the floor, connect with prospects, and support booth activities to turn interest into qualified leads. * Partner closely with Zipher's go-to-market leadership, share insights, and help shape our outbound strategy as we scale. Requirements: * B.A. in business, communications, marketing, or another relevant field. * Strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously. * Highly motivated and eager to grow within a fast-scaling startup environment. * Excellent communication skills. * Native-level written and spoken English
