Description We are looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development (BizDev) professional to join our team. This role will lead end-to-end projects, from market research to execution, and will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, building and maintaining strategic partnerships, and driving revenue for our online healthcare services. This role will focus on creating new revenue streams for the company, including launching new markets (European countries, United States), new product offerings, etc. The ideal candidate will be a highly independent, tech-savvy driver with a “can-do” attitude. You must have a deep understanding of product, e-commerce, and marketing dynamics, coupled with the ability to take full ownership and lead complex, end-to-end projects for months at a time, constantly pushing them forward to successful completion. Responsibilities * Lead end-to-end projects, managing all stages from strategy to execution. * Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships in Europe, the US, and other emerging markets. * Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients. * Collaborate with marketing, retention, and product teams to design and execute growth strategies. * Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform decision-making and strategy. * Track and report on business development metrics, performance, and KPIs. * Participate in negotiation, contract management, and partnership agreements. Requirements * Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships (2+ years preferred). * Strong understanding of product and ability to contribute to product-related discussions. * Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketing. * Excellent communication and negotiation skills. * Analytical and problem-solving mindset. * Ability to work independently and proactively in a fast-paced startup environment. * Languages: English required, German and/or French a bonus. * Experience in opening new markets or working with international clients is highly preferred. * Experience in telehealth is a bonus
