Who We Are AYA New York is a Manhattan-based real estate investment and development platform, focused on multifamily residential and hospitality assets. Following a public bond issuance, the company is in a growth phase and is building its finance team in Israel. The Role A hands-on, execution-focused role with full responsibility for day-to-day accounting across multiple entities. You will work closely with the CFO and senior finance team, with responsibility for data accuracy and supporting the preparation of financial statements. Key Responsibilities * Collecting, reviewing, and recording invoices and financial documents * Managing accurate day-to-day bookkeeping * Bank and credit card reconciliations * Handling vendors, payments, and ongoing tracking * Supporting the monthly close process * Working closely with management to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data * Maintaining organization, order, and accessibility of all financial records Requirements * 2+ years of accounting experience * Bookkeeping certification (Level 2/3) * Strong Excel skills * Experience with accounting systems (Priority / NetSuite / Hashavshevet – advantage) * Good English, including working with documents in English * Experience working with multiple entities – significant advantage * High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work independently * Execution-oriented mindset with high ownership * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
