WHAT YOU’LL DO? * Perform all activities related to the accounts payable, including reviewing, registration, and processing payments. * Perform all activities related to the accounts receivable, including invoicing, receipts, and reconciliations. * Registration of direct debit and credit card invoices * Bank reconciliations on a daily basis * To respond to all vendors (Israeli and foreign)/clients’ inquiries * To assist with other ad hoc accounting tasks/projects as assigned WHAT YOU’LL NEED? * Certificate bookkeeper – a must * Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience * Extensive knowledge with MS Office (mainly Excel and Outlook) * High-level English – writing and speaking * Team player with a positive attitude * Well-organized with the ability to prioritize * Accurate and proactive * Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage * Accurate and proactive * Experience in the maritime sector is an advantage.
