Sygnia is looking for a Talented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. The successful candidate would be an experienced bookkeeping professional with a service approach and ability to be precise, collaborative and team player while working in a fast-pace dynamic environment, reporting to the Accountant Manager. Main Responsibilities: * Issuing invoices to customers in accordance with contracts and delivery terms. * Monitor incoming payments and responsibility of timely collection. * Banks reconciliation. * Prepare aging reports and follow up overdue accounts. * Fixed Assets. * Credit cards and PayEm adjustments and reconciliation. * Maintain records and all financial transactions on a global level. * Participate as a key member of the month-end close and bring the books to the trial balance stage: preparation of the trial balance, accruals, journal entries, intercompany reconciliations, and other provisions required for the company’s consolidated monthly financial close. * Provide information to external auditors as part of the audit process. * Support the accounting department with ad hoc tasks.  Requirements: * Certified Bookkeeper (Level 2). 5+ years’ experience of bookkeeping in a global tech company * Able to work independently as well as a team player; Accurate and with strong attention to details – a Must. * Microsoft Excel proficient – a Must. * Proficient in English. * Experience working on NetSuite as the bookkeeping system – big advantage. * Working with service providers abroad
– an advantage. * Experience working with tax authorizations (856, VAT act.). * Proficient in processing payments, both domestic and international. * Follow tasks through to completion and meet commitments, proactively seeking guidance as necessary. * Ability to work in a fast- paced, hyper-growth environment. * Outstanding confidentiality, oriented with high ethical standards
