We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative that will part of our Booking department and will manage different customers interactions. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing a loading list and entering containers into the system * Creating loading lists to the planners, transmit vessel details to the port and resolve any issues that arise. * Reviewing vessel reports and send reports to review booking statuses based on online data and handle customer requests via email and phone. We are looking for : * 2-3 years of practical experience in customer service – Mandatory. * Academic education – Mandatory. * Good knowledge of the shipping industry-An advantage. * Mastery of Microsoft Office tools, Excel (macro level) and PowerPoint in particular * Good level of English
– mandatory. * Available to work on Friday once a month.
