מנהלת חשבונות לקבוצת חברות ביטחוניות (חברת האם נסחרת בבורסה בתל אביב) דרוש/ה מנהל/ת חשבונות מנוסה על מאזן לביצוע תפקיד מאתגר ומגוון, הכולל: הנהלת חשבונות שוטפת (תשלומים לספקים, חשבוניות ללקוחות, בנקים, דיווחים לרשויות והתאמת כרטיסי אשראי) וכן הכנה לביקורת רו"ח, ביצוע הפרשות, חשבונות חתך, בדיקות שלמות והכנת חומר למאזן. משרה מלאה א'-ה' 8-17 / 9-18 במשרדים בראש העין, פארק אפק (המשרה אינה היברידית) דרישות המשרה:

Responsibilities include: * Ongoing bookkeeping activities: vendor payments, customer invoicing, bank transactions, reporting to authorities, and credit card reconciliations * Preparation for external auditors * Recording accruals, cut-off accounts, and completeness checks * Preparing supporting schedules and documentation for the financial statements Position details: * Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00 or 9:00–18:00 * On-site position only (not hybrid) * Location: Rosh HaAyin, Afek Park Requirements: * At least 2 years of experience as a Bookkeeper up to Trial Balance * Proven experience working with Priority ERP – mandatory * High level of proficiency in Excel, including building workbooks and complex formulas * Native-level Hebrew * Very good English (reading and writing) * High sense of responsibility, strong initiative, teamwork skills, and good interpersonal relations * Experience with multi-currency bookkeeping – an advantage Reporting to: Controller / CFO
