Your role will include: Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) and third generation sequencing analysis for a variety of applications, such as: transcriptomics, epigenomics, metagenomics, genetic variation, single cell analysis, including spatial information from images. – required o At least 3 years of experience in NGS data analysis
– required o Proficiency in Python and R scripting languages
– required o Experience working in Unix/Linux environment
– required o Experience in statistical analysis and/or artificial intelligence
– advantage o Knowledge and ability in image analysis
– advantage o High-level proficiency in Hebrew and English, written and oral o Training skills and ability to present before an audience o Ability to work independently and in collaboration with the team o Self-learning ability, initiative, and keeping up-to-date with new technologies o High-level service orientation and interpersonal communication skillso PhD in Bioinformatics / Computational Biology / Computer Science combined with Biology
