Our leading Project Finance Department is expanding and seeking a talented lawyer to join our team. Role Overview: Our Project Finance work includes the development, financing, construction and operation of major infrastructure projects in Israel and abroad. The role involves drafting agreements, managing negotiations, preparing tenders and handling regulatory matters, as well as working on concession arrangements, contractors’ agreements and financing across the multiple different sectors such power, roads, rail, desalination, oil & gas and others. What we’re looking for:
• 1–4 years of experience in Project Finance / Energy / Corporate / Commercial law
• Experience in infrastructure & project financing – a strong advantage
• Native-level or high-level English – required
• Graduate of a top-tier academic institution
