Responsibilities * Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. * Provide financial controllership support for acquired companies, including post-acquisition consolidation, performance analysis, and integration into the group's financial reporting processes (PMI). * Prepare and analyze financial data and internal management reports; monitor trends and variances, and provide actionable insights. * Oversee the company's subsidiaries, ensuring accurate financial management, compliance, and direct coordination with external accountants. * Evaluate the company's performance and potential risks. * Ensure full compliance with Israeli tax regulations (VAT and corporate income tax), including preparation of Israeli tax reports and subsidiaries' tax returns. * Supervise statutory audits and internal control processes. * Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process. * Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes. * Guarantee compliance with financial laws and guidelines. * Coordinate with external auditors on behalf of the company. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a relevant field * Internship in one of the “Big 4” accounting firms must * Certified Public Accountant – Must. * Excellent knowledge of US GAAP. * Previous experience in a software company- an advantage * Ability to work with tight deadlines. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to prioritize workload, * Able to conduct research and work independently. * Accurate, with great attention to detail and analytical skills. * Team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Comfortable with In-Office work schedules * Software experience with ERP (preferably Priority), Excel, Power BI * Fluent in English and Hebrew
