Dolav Plastic Products, a leading global industrial company, is looking for a talented and motivated Assistant Controller to join our finance team. This is a great opportunity to be part of a dynamic, global organization and take an active role in financial reporting, analysis, and business support. Key Responsibilities * Prepare quarterly and annual financial reports * Lead monthly reporting processes (cash flow, international subsidiaries, and management reports) * Manage daily cash flow activities and banking relationships * Perform analytical financial analysis and ongoing business reviews * Work closely with bank supervision bodies and tax authorities * Prepare annual tax reports * Support the annual budgeting process and perform budget vs. actual analysis * Collaborate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax consultants Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting – mandatory * Prior experience as an Assistant Controller in an industrial company – advantage * Advanced Excel skills – mandatory * High level of English (written and spoken) – mandatory * Experience with accounting systems * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a team, take ownership, and demonstrate a proactive mindset * Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Reporting Line Reports to the Company Controller Position Scope Full-time position
