We’re looking for an experienced Art Director to lead our creative vision and elevate our brand across all touchpoints. This role blends hands-on creativity with strategic thinking, guiding the creative team while shaping high-impact campaigns, visual systems, and brand evolution at scale. ============================= Responsibilities: * Lead and mentor the creative team, ensuring high standards of design, storytelling, and execution * Define and evolve the brand’s visual language across digital, marketing, and product touchpoints * Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns across web, social, and performance channels * Translate business and marketing goals into compelling visual narratives and creative strategies * Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and growth teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative output * Develop creative briefs, set clear direction, and ensure projects are delivered on time and at high quality * Stay on top of trends, tools, and cultural shifts to keep the brand fresh, relevant, and differentiated * Continuously improve creative processes, workflows, and design standards Requirements: * 6+ years of hands-on experience in design, with at least 3 years in a leadership or art direction role * Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, campaign work, and brand development * Experience in B2C, high-scale environments or multi-brand ecosystems * Proven ability to lead and inspire a team of designers * High proficiency in design and AI tools (Adobe, Figma, etc.) * Deep understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling * Experience working in fast-paced, performance-driven environments Advantages: * Motion design, video, or content production experience * Familiarity with AI tools and creative automation * Background in fintech, trading, or online platforms. ============================= Why Join Us? * Be part of a profitable, fast-growing company shaping the future of trading * Join a global team where your ideas drive real product impact * Work in a culture that values openness, initiative, and collaboration * Enjoy a healthy work-life balance in a focused, supportive, and non-corporate environment * Grow in a company that gives you room to lead, evolve, and leave a meaningful mark
