We’re Hiring: Analytical Department Manager | Ramat Gan (Hybrid) Highly confidential opportunity A leading company in the playtech industri is looking for an Analytical Department Manager to lead and scale a high-impact analytics team. This is a hands-on leadership role combining deep analysis with team management — ideal for someone who loves working with data and driving real business outcomes. Location: Centr area | Hybrid (2 days from home) What you’ll do: * Lead and mentor a team of 3 Business Analysts * Deliver actionable insights to senior stakeholders across multiple business units * Own end-to-end analytics work: ad-hoc analysis, dashboards, reporting, and business decision support * Build methodologies, documentation, and standards for analytical delivery * Drive advanced analysis: cohorts, funnels, LTV, churn, ROI * Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders and external BI resources (managed externally) Requirements: * 7–10 years of Business Analytics experience * 2+ years in team leadership / management (3–5 analysts) * Strong SQL + Excel (must) * Experience with Tableau / Power BI (dashboards) * Strong communication skills in English * Online Gaming / Playtech background (must) * Python – advantage ⭐ What we’re looking for: A strong personality with proven leadership, coming from a large-scale organization, who can balance strategy + execution and be truly hands-on.
