Job Description: * Analyze new investment opportunities in real estate, consumer and business credit – primarily in the U.S. and Europe. * Conduct real estate valuations, analyze financial models, and prepare financial forecasts. * Assess the economic feasibility of transactions and build analytical frameworks to support investment decisions. * Prepare materials for investment committees. Full-time position, Sunday–Thursday, with overtime as needed. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in a finance-related field (CPA after internship – an advantage). * Proven experience performing valuations for international real estate transactions – mandatory. * High-level English proficiency (spoken, written, and reading). * Strong command of Excel. * U.S. real estate appraiser license – significant advantage. Personal Skills: * Strong analytical thinking. * Attention to detail and ability to dive deep into analysis. * Willingness to work hard under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English. * Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
