– someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, AI, and developer experience. You’ll lead a small, hands-on team that builds the AI infrastructure and tools powering how Harmony SASE engineers work, test, and ship faster. Key Responsibilities * Build and lead a small team of engineers focused on AI-driven development infrastructure and internal tools. * Design and own the systems that enable fast experimentation with LLMs, agents, and automation workflows. * Partner with product, DevOps, and data teams to identify high-impact pain points and create smart, lightweight solutions. * Prototype rapidly
– from prompt-based helpers to full internal apps
– and iterate based on data and feedback. * Integrate emerging AI technologies safely into our cloud-native environments. * Define success metrics for developer enablement and continuously improve velocity, quality, and experience. * Keep Harmony SASE at the cutting edge of AI-assisted engineering. Qualifications * 4+ years of experience in software engineering (Python, Node.js, Go, or similar). * 2+ years of leadership experience
– mentoring, scaling, and setting direction for engineering teams. * Strong background in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), CI/CD, and developer tooling. * Hands-on experience building or integrating AI tools, APIs, or agents. * A bias for action and experimentation
– comfortable moving from idea to prototype quickly. * Great communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. * Bonus: experience with MLOps, vector databases, or internal platform development.
