Role overview We are looking for a passionate AI Researcher to own the full lifecycle of AI projects — from problem formulation and research through production deployment and monitoring. Key responsibilities ● Own the full AI project lifecycle — from problem definition and research to production deployment and ongoing monitoring ● Design and build AI agents, RAG systems, and ML models across tabular and other data types ● Collaborate with data engineering teams on development and deployment of AI pipelines ● Monitor and own production performance and business impact of deployed models Requirements ● BA in Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field (advanced degree is preferred) ● Strong analytical skills with a business-oriented approach to problem solving ● Hands-on experience with AI research and development — including AI agents, RAG, and other AI-based models and pipelines ● Strong experience with tabular data and ML algorithms (both classical and transformer-based) ● Proven end-to-end project ownership from research through to production ● Strong Python skills and familiarity with AI/ML packages and leading APIs (including open-source models) ● Experience working with data engineering pipelines in a production environment What we're looking for ● Applied researcher who thrives on complex real-world problems bringing novel approaches and methodologies ● AI expert with a proven track record of delivering impactful production-ready solutions ● Great team player
