– to drive decisions and unlock growth. The ideal candidate is someone who’s mastered the full analytics cycle
– from business question to delivering clear insights. They’re strong in SQL and visualization tools, they are comfortable with AI tools, they are using them daily and are successful with combining them together or curious about how to. , is familiar with AI and its capabilities, and is eager to combine them together (or has already done so). ============================= Responsibilities: * Support and contribute to the Data team's initiatives, and collaborate effectively with team members and different stakeholders * Contribute to the execution of data initiatives aligned with business goals * Build and maintain data infrastructure using Google BigQuery, Metabase, Google Analytics and Mixpanel. * Maintain data accessibility, reliability, and accuracy across relevant departments. * Partner with Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to deliver actionable insights that drive performance. * Track and report on KPIs to measure impact and continuously improve outcomes. * Stay current with industry and AI-related trends, leveraging new tools and methodologies to enhance the company’s data and analytics capabilities. Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in analytical roles (product/marketing/business, etc.)
– end-to-end ownership
– understanding stakeholder needs, proposing and performing analysis, and delivering insights. Ability to decompose complex business questions into data models, SQL logic, and AI-driven processes
– MUST * 1+ year of experience working with AI as a collaborator, not just a tool- knowing how to ask the right questions, guide execution, and evaluate results
– MUST * Deep understanding of how data flows through B2C products, including data modeling and pipelines. Familiarity with trading data and the trading world (forex/stocks/futures/options)
