Responsibilities: * Management of the CEO’s calendar and those of two additional VPs * Coordination of complex meetings, schedules, and last-minute changes * Front desk coverage and administrative support for senior executives * Office administration, including supplies, petty cash, phone support, and meeting rooms * Coordination of visits for international guests and executive hospitality * Organization of special meetings and events * Ongoing collaboration with internal departments * Booking flights and hotels Requirements: * 2+ years of experience in an administrative role * Full proficiency in Microsoft Office * Native-level English
