An international company is looking for a hands-on Account Manager with great relationship skills and an international mindset! This is a full-time, fully onsite role near Rishon LeZion, involving multiple trips abroad per year. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the customer.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our designs and solutions, according to show regulations and customer needs and objectives, within a team.
• Responsible for integrating new clients, develop existing client relationships and generate upsells.
• Provide customer service and technical support, optimizing the account. Requirements:
• Proven experience in account management, preferably in the exhibitions or events industry.
• Strong client relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Fluency in French or German language is a plus.
• Demonstrated project management abilities, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
• Effective sales and negotiation skills to achieve business goals.
• Willingness to travel abroad at least 6 times a year. Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Events Management, or a related field.
• Experience with international clients and exhibitions is a plus.
