Elbit Systems is looking for a Program Manager to join the Haifa site This is an exciting opportunity to lead a strategic and complex program that includes knowledge transfer, international collaboration, and advanced integration activities in the field of guided munitions Main Responsibilities Manage GATR programs both in Israel and abroad Lead supply chain and operations for serial production of munitions Oversee development of the next generation of the system Support marketing efforts and business growth initiatives Expand the program to additional customers, including knowledge transfer processes Requirements B.Sc. in a relevant engineering field — Mandatory Engineering background — preferably with previous experience as a Systems Engineer or Technical Manager — Mandatory At least 3 years of experience in program management — Mandatory Experience working with customers and partners in Europe — Mandatory Willingness to travel frequently abroad Excellent English proficiency, including fluent speaking ability — Mandatory Familiarity with precision‑guided munitions — Advantage Relevant military background (Aircrew, Artillery, etc.) — Advantage Only relevant applications will be answered #Haifa
