Our mission is to remove friction from cross-border commerce and power a smarter, more efficient global economy. The Role We are looking for a GTM Engineer to build and scale our demand engine. This is a hands-on role for a growth-oriented, AI-driven marketer who takes ownership, partners closely with global sales teams, and drives measurable pipeline impact in a global fintech environment. What You’ll Do * Build, own, and continuously optimize the demand engine, driving qualified leads through to sales meetings using AI-powered automation and growth tools. * Own and execute end-to-end demand generation programs across multiple channels, including digital, content, outbound support, events, partnerships, and emerging growth channels. * Own the creative demand stack end-to-end — from concept to execution — building banners, teaser landing pages, ads, and campaign assets using modern AI-driven creative and marketing tools. * Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to align messaging, positioning, and campaign execution across the funnel. * Support and adapt messaging and content localization for different regions, industries, and buyer personas. * Proactively identify growth opportunities, experiment with new ideas and channels, run rapid tests, and execute initiatives end-to-end with clear performance ownership. Requirements: * Proven experience in B2B demand generation. * Native-level English (written and spoken). * Curious, creative, and hungry to learn. * Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills. * Strong technical foundation, including basic development skills. * Experience with AI-based marketing tools. * Proven team player with the ability to communicate effectively across teams and stakeholders. Good to Have * Fluency in additional languages, particularly Chinese (Mandarin), is a strong advantage. * Experience marketing to international or cross-border audiences, and specific familiarity with East Asia markets (e.g., China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong). * Experience working in a startup or scale-up environment. * Experience in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure.
