Responsibilities * Market and sell available warehouse and logistics spaces to external customersIdentify potential clients and develop new business opportunities * Manage the full sales cycle: inquiries, negotiations, pricing, and agreements * Coordinate with internal teams including Logistics, Finance, Legal, and Operations * Prepare quotes, contracts, and sales documentationMaintain customer relationships and ensure high service levels * Track availability, occupancy rates, and sales performance * Work with English-speaking customers and international stakeholders Requirements * High level of English (reading, writing, and speaking)
