Role Overview Cemento is growing, and we are looking for a tech-savvy, highly motivated student to join our Customer Success team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our innovative AI-driven platform and our leading global construction clients. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced SaaS startup and build a career path toward Project Management or Customer Success. Key Responsibilities * Customer Interface: Provide high-level support and guidance to our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of the Cemento platform. * System Operations: Master our advanced technological system to troubleshoot, configure, and optimize workflows. * Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers and R&D to relay client feedback and drive product improvements. * Data Management: Assist in onboarding new projects and maintaining data quality using Excel and internal tools. Requirements * Student for B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management or B.A. in Information Systems with at least 3 semesters left – Must. * Technical or analytical foundation from military service, academic projects, or previous experience. * Ability to work 3 days a week * Excel- High proficiency (vlookup, pivot tables, etc.) * English- Good level of English (verbal and written) for communication in a global environment * Soft Skills- Strong analytical capabilities, service-oriented approach, and a "can-do" attitude About Us Cemento Technologies is a fast-growing SaaS company revolutionizing the way construction projects are managed.
