Information Systems & Application Support We are looking for an Information Systems & Application Support professional to support the daily operation and maintenance of organizational information systems in a regulated (GxP) environment. This is a hands-on role, operational position in a dynamic, regulated environment with exposure to critical systems and growth opportunities in Information Systems & GxP compliance. Key Responsibilities * Day-to-day application support for end users * User, roles, and permissions management * Troubleshooting and root cause analysis * Support system implementations, upgrades, and maintenance * Support CSV activities and maintain system documentation (SOPs, work instructions) * Deliver user training and serve as a system knowledge focal point * Work closely with IT, Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Lab teams Supported Systems QMS (Veeva), ERP (Priority), LIMS (Lab-advantage), CMMS (Blue Mountain) Requirements * B.Sc. / Practical Engineering Diploma in IS, CS, Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field * 1–3 years of experience in systems/application support (regulated environment – advantage) * Strong technical orientation and self-learning ability * Experience with QMS / ERP / LIMS / CMMS – advantage * High service orientation, strong communication skills * High-level English (reading & writing)
