Full-time | Herzliya | Sun–Thu 09:30–18:00 8200 Academy — a leading tech-education company preparing teens for the elite technological units of the IDF — is looking for a talented and service-driven Customer Service & Back Office to join our team. Responsibilities: * Join live Zoom sessions with students and build a personalized learning plan for each student. * Provide ongoing customer support across all communication platforms. * Monitor student progress and performance, and derive actionable insights to improve their learning outcomes. Requirements: * 1+ years of experience in customer support/customer success * Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills * Full availability for an on-site role (with one weekly hybrid day after the onboarding period) * Commitment to a long-term position in a growing company Please send your CV to: Dean@8200academy.com
